About us

The Ministry of Health has funded four regional project managers across New Zealand to help facilitate quality work, until June 2018. The South Island regional plan for the project was completed after a consultation process in 2015.  A regional steering group provides the governance structure for the project, with representation from across the wider Well Child Tamariki Ora sector in the South Island.

The team

The Well Child Tamariki Ora Quality Improvement project manager for the South Island is Anna Foaese. Anna has a clinical background in midwifery as well as experience in DHB quality and management. She is based in Christchurch, at the South Island Alliance Programme Office.
