This survey provides an opportunity for you as a Māori staff member within one of the South Island DHBs to provide information about your perspectives, and share insights into your experiences as a Māori staff member within your DHB.

It also provides an opportunity for you to make recommendations for how Māori staff recruitment, growth, development and support can best be achieved.
