We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced health professionals for the position of Child Health Service Level Alliance Regional Programme Facilitator. Reporting to the South Island Alliance Programme Coordinator, this position presents an exciting opportunity to facilitate the Child Health Service Level Alliance and other key activities to achieve the agreed outcomes under the Alliance model adopted by the South Island District Health Boards. 

This is a challenging and busy 0.8FTE role that has long standing relationships with health and non-health organisations across the South Island. The Alliance also works closely with other SIAPO managed programmes, including Well Child Tamariki Ora, SUDI Prevention and the Public Health Partnership.The office is based in Christchurch and our flexible working allows the post holder to work from any of the five South Island DHB facilities.
