A mobile app for families and a range of other resources has been developed to promote Well Child services.
Nelson Marlborough DHB worked in collaboration with consumers and health care providers from across the district to develop the app, which is designed to sit alongside the WCTO My Health Book.
The app, which helps whānau keep up-to-date with their health care providers and immunisations, is free to download from either the Apple IOS App store, or the Google Play Android App store.
Other resources developed include wallet cards, fridge magnets, and service/ward posters. This material can be adapted locally for distribution.
